Accounts Officer | Sydney CBD

We're partnering with a well-established business to recruit a motivated Accounts Officer to join their finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a role where you'll gain exposure across multiple areas of finance while working alongside a supportive and collaborative team.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing supplier invoices and payments runs
• Managing Accounts Payable transactions, reconciliations and supplier queries
• Completing daily bank reconciliations
• Assisting with month-end activities, including GL and creditor reconciliations
• Raising customer invoices, including recurring and recharge billing
• Maintaining accurate financial records and preparing finance reports
• Providing general support to the wider finance team as required

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• Previous experience in an Accounts Officer or similar all-round finance role
• Exposure to both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience using SAP
• Immediate availability or a short notice period
