Day Rate Contract | Financial Services | Potential Temp-to-Perm Opportunity
Robert Half is partnering with a well-established financial services organisation seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join their team on an immediate-start contract basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on compliance professional with strong lending experience who can quickly integrate into the business, provide practical compliance guidance, and support key regulatory obligations within a dynamic environment.
The Opportunity
Reporting to senior stakeholders, you will play a key role in ensuring the organisation maintains a strong compliance framework while supporting business operations and regulatory requirements.
You will be responsible for providing day-to-day compliance advice, monitoring regulatory obligations, identifying and managing compliance risks, and partnering with the business to drive a strong compliance culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide practical compliance advice and support to business stakeholders
- Monitor and assess compliance with regulatory obligations and internal policies
- Conduct compliance reviews and identify areas for improvement
- Support risk and compliance reporting activities
- Assist with regulatory change and implementation initiatives
- Build strong relationships across the business to promote effective compliance practices
- Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of compliance frameworks and controls
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven Compliance experience within Financial Services
- Strong lending experience (essential)
- Sound understanding of regulatory obligations within lending environments
- Ability to work autonomously and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced setting
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- A practical, solutions-focused approach to compliance
- Availability to commence immediately or at short notice
