We are currently recruiting for a fast-growing financial services organisation based in Sydney CBD. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join their team in a broad, hands-on role. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the day-to-day finance function while working in a collaborative environment that values initiative and professional development.

This role will report directly into the Managing Director and an in-dept onboarding will be provided.

The Role

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll for 40 employees
• Process supplier invoices and supplier payments
• Manage monthly expenses in SAP Concur
• Manage Accounts Receivable; including collections, receipting and bank reconciliations
• Prepare and lodge BAS and GST returns

Your Profile

• Previous experience in a full-function Bookkeeper role
• Strong Xero experience is a must
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a positive attitude
