Delivery Manager - Data Migration
DWS is seeking an experienced Delivery manager to lead a team of data and business intelligence engineering professionals delivering a large-scale data migration and reporting program .
This role is focused on delivery leadership, not hands-on data engineering or technical delivery; however, it requires a strong data engineering background and the ability to engage effectively with architects, engineers, platform specialists and business stakeholders on a technical level.
Where: MEL / SYD / BNE
Start: Immediate (maximum 1 week notice)
Length: 6+ months
Style: Hybrid; 3+ days onsite
Type: ACN Contractor OR Max Term
Salary: Up to $850/day (ACN) OR $200K incl. super (Max Term)
The successful candidate will help drive program outcomes leveraging Microsoft Fabric and Salesforce integration capabilities while ensuring robust governance, reporting and stakeholder alignment.
Key responsibilities include planning and coordinating program-wide data and reporting activities, overseeing migration and reporting delivery across multiple streams, ensuring alignment with enterprise data architecture principles, and providing leadership across complex stakeholder groups to achieve successful program outcomes.

Essential Skills & Experience:
- Extensive delivery management experience leading complex data migration and reporting programs
- Significant understanding of modern data platforms, data engineering practices and enterprise reporting solutions; having worked as a hands-on senior data engineer for many years previously
- Strong knowledge and experience with of Microsoft Fabric and Salesforce data integration environments
- Experience coordinating data dependencies across multiple business and technology workstreams
- Ability to develop and maintain integrated migration and reporting roadmaps aligned to program milestones
- Strong understanding of data governance, privacy obligations, regulatory requirements and enterprise data standards
- Experience managing risks, issues, status reporting and governance forums
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, leadership and vendor management skills
- Ability to lead teams of data and BI professionals to deliver high-quality outcomes
