Your new role
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing IT helpdesk and desktop support to end users.
- Troubleshooting issues across Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, MacOS, and iOS devices.
- Supporting Google Workspace applications and user accounts.
- Managing incidents and service requests through ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing systems.
- Assisting with Active Directory administration, user account management, and access requests.
- Diagnosing basic networking and connectivity issues.
- Maintaining high levels of customer service while meeting SLA requirements.
- Previous experience in an IT Helpdesk, Service Desk, or Desktop Support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
- Experience supporting Apple devices and the Google ecosystem, including MacOS, iOS, and Google Workspace.
- Basic understanding of Active Directory, networking concepts, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Experience using ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible casual contract arrangement with one week of work per month.
