As a Senior Accountant, you'll play a key role in managing client relationships, providing trusted business and tax advice, and mentoring junior team members. Working with a broad portfolio of SMEs, family businesses, primary producers and high-net-worth clients, you'll gain exposure to complex and rewarding work while making a genuine impact on businesses throughout the Ballarat region.

About You:

• 5+ years' experience in Public Practice Accounting.
• CA or CPA qualified, or nearing completion.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
• Experience across a broad range of tax matters including CGT, FBT and Division 7A.
