Your New Role

• Support business development and sales initiatives to drive business growth
• Work closely with distribution channels and internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities
• Provide business and product-related trainings and support to frontline teams
• Monitor market developments, competitor activities and identify potential nosiness opportunities
• Support the development and implementation of sales strategy and business initiatives
• Coordinate with different internal functions to ensure smooth execution of business activities
• Support ad hoc projects and other business development activities as required

What You'll Need To Succeed

• Bachelor's degree with 5-10 years of experience in the insurance industry
• Good business analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• IIQE Paper 1,2,3 is preferred
