Your new role

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for claims-related projects and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with Claims, Operations, IT, and external vendors to deliver project objectives and business solutions.
• Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and impact assessments to identify improvement opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
• Support solution design, system implementation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Insurance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of Business Analyst experience within the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of General Insurance or Life Insurance Claims processes.
• Proven experience delivering system implementation, process improvement, or transformation projects.
• Excellent skills in requirements gathering, business process mapping, and stakeholder management.
