Key Responsibility:

• Mainly handle the system revamp on the insurance Customer Services platform
• Analyse existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities with a customer-centric mindset. Including eliciting, analysing and validating business requirements with stakeholders, translating business needs into clear and traceable requirement documents.
• Review system design documentation to ensure functional and non-functional designs are customer-centric, comply with regulatory requirements and meet business objectives.
• Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams including product owners, UX/UI designers, developers, testing teams and business SMEs.
• Facilitate communications and manage conflicts between business users and IT.
• Identify key issues and risks throughout the project cycle
• Prepare a test scenario and test plan for user acceptance test execution, and support post- implementation.
• Prepare training materials and provide training to business users.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor degree required, preferably in Business Administration or Information Systems
• Minimum 3 years in the Life Insurance industry and a good understanding of life insurance operations, preferably with insurance Customer Services platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
• Team player who is able to meet tight deadlines
• Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies for software development and project management.
• Experience in system revamp projects is advantageous
• A strong sense of UX design and familiarity
  with digital customer experience is a plus
