Our client is a leading regional financial services organization with a strong presence across Asia Pacific. Operating across multiple markets, the firm is recognized for its entrepreneurial culture, high-performance environment, and commitment to attracting and retaining top talent. As part of its Human Resources team, the organization is seeking an experienced HR Analytics & Compensation Insights Manager to support regional compensation, reward, and workforce planning initiatives across APAC. This role sits within the Human Resources function and serves as a key partner to Compensation & Benefits, HR Business Partners, Finance, and senior management. The successful candidate will lead compensation analytics, people reporting, workforce cost modelling, and data-driven insights that support compensation decisions and talent strategies across the region. This position is ideal for an individual who combines strong analytical capabilities with an understanding of compensation and rewards in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Your new role
Compensation Analytics & Insights

Lead the analysis and reporting of compensation data across APAC, including base salary, bonus, incentive compensation, deferred compensation, carried interest participation, and other reward programs.
Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics to support compensation planning, budgeting, and decision-making.
Conduct market data analysis and benchmarking to assess pay competitiveness and compensation trends.
Support annual compensation review cycles, bonus allocation processes, and salary planning exercises.
Analyze compensation outcomes and provide meaningful insights and recommendations to HR and business leadership.

Workforce Planning & Cost Analytics

Partner with HR and Finance to provide workforce cost forecasting, headcount planning, and compensation budgeting analysis.
Develop workforce models to support hiring plans, organizational changes, and business growth initiatives.
Monitor compensation-related metrics and identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities.
Support management reporting on headcount, employee costs, productivity, and organizational effectiveness.

Executive & Management Reporting

Prepare high-quality presentations, dashboards, and analysis for senior management and leadership discussions.
Deliver actionable insights through clear and concise reporting of compensation, workforce, and talent metrics.
Support ad hoc requests for compensation analysis and business scenario modelling.

What you'll need to succeed

8+ years of experience in compensation analytics, rewards, workforce analytics, financial planning and analysis, HR analytics, or related functions.
Experience within financial services, asset management, private equity, banking, consulting, or multinational organizations is highly preferred.
Strong experience supporting annual compensation review and bonus planning processes.
Experience working with APAC compensation structures and multi-country workforce data is an advantage.
Advanced Excel skills, including complex modelling and data analysis.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools.
Strong capabilities in data interpretation, workforce analytics, and financial modelling.
Familiarity with HRIS and compensation management systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or equivalent platforms.
