Description and Requirements




Key Responsibilities-

• Drive end-to-end coordination of reinsurance playbook execution across global regions & functions, driving communications, managing timelines, performing reviews of completed templates, ensuring readiness for stakeholder signoffs & tracking timely completion of leadership approvals while escalating risks to timelines or quality


• Coordinate execution of deep dive contract reviews, including scheduling & facilitating kickoff meetings, status updates & executive presentations; driving completion of deliverables by Cross-functional SMEs (e.g., contract review template and presentation); tracking progress; following up on delays & escalating risks to ensure timely & high-quality execution


• Manage the complete lifecycle of observations identified through playbooks & deep dive reviews, maintaining centralized tracking, ensuring clear ownership & status , monitoring remediation progress, following up with stakeholders & assessing the adequacy of supporting documentation prior to closure in accordance with governance standards


• Oversee the reinsurance change notification process, reviewing form submissions for completeness & quality, following up on inconsistencies, tracking completion timelines, stakeholder signoffs & escalating delays or issues.


• Support audit & other requests governance processes, including, gathering documentation & ensuring timely, accurate & complete responses


• Develop & maintain governance documentation, process descriptions, process maps & metrics tracking


• Contribute to continuous improvement & automation of governance processes, leveraging tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI to enhance efficiency, scalability & data transparency


• Support preparation of leadership materials & executive reporting, metrics & summarizing status


• Support ad hoc governance initiatives & strategic priorities, data gathering, analysis & coordination as directed by the AVP

Education-

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field required

Experience-

• 10 years of experience in reinsurance, insurance, or financial services


• Experience managing deliverables across complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with tight deadlines

Technical Skills-

• Strong proficiency in MS Office.


• Familiarity with automation and analytics tools strongly preferred, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI


• Ability to work with structured and unstructured data and support reporting needs


• Proven ability to independently lead and coordinate cross-functional working groups across multiple departments and levels
