Overview

Role Purpose: Learning and shadowing with team members to develop required skills to support Master Setup and Billing process
Active Learning: Participating in team huddles, training sessions, and go through with assessment/audits to gain process knowledge

Responsibilities

Job Description
- Learning and shadowing with team members to develop required skills to support Master Setup and Billing process
- Process daily VCS cases and manage VCS mailbox
- Understand process flows and system navigations
- Ensure to process accurate billing, understand the importance of the role and responsibility
- Ability to identify, understand, and evaluate potential threats and their consequences
- Monitor and manage outlook mailbox and Microsoft teams. Acknowledge customer emails and chats proactively
- Understand Stakeholder requirements, and execute them within timeframe
- Understand process controls and their impact
- Follow Desktop Procedures and adequate policies and guidelines
- Ensure to update DTPs if there is a change in the process
