As an AI Engineer, yo will develop and implement AI-powered applications and intelligent agents that solve real bsiness challenges. Working alongside experienced consltants, data scientists, and AI engineers, yo will bild prodction-ready AI soltions while continosly expanding yor technical expertise in Generative AI, clod technologies, and AI engineering. This role can be performed flly remotely within Poland.
The salary for this position ranges from PLN to PLN 3 gross per month nder an employment contract (oP), depending on the candidate's relevant experience, skill set, level of expertise and overall fit for the role. Additional factors sch as indstry backgrond, technical competencies and interview performance may also inflence the final offer. The compensation package at Simon-Kcher CBS consists of a gross base salary, a monthly remote work allowance and an annal bons. The bons is paid in December and is based on the reslts of a 36-degree performance evalation.

How yo will create an impact: Develop AI-powered applications sing Large Langage Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, Retrieval-Agmented Generation (RAG), and frther modern AI frameworks. Develop and implement AI applications sing standard AI frameworks, APIs, and enterprise tools while contribting to prodction-ready soltions. Spport the deployment and maintenance of AI applications sing clod-native infrastrctre, containers, and modern AI services. Apply standard MLOps practices, inclding testing, deployment, monitoring, version control and model evalation. Apply Responsible AI principles, testing standards, and AI evalation techniqes to ensre reliable and secre AI soltions. Translate bsiness reqirements into AI-enabled soltions while spporting the implementation of commercial AI se cases. Collaborate with consltants, data scientists, data engineers, and clients to solve complex bsiness challenges. Continosly expand yor expertise in AI engineering frameworks, clod technologies, and enterprise AI while actively contribting to knowledge sharing within the team. Yor profile: Yo have + years of experience in AI Engineering, Software Engineering, Machine Learning, or a related field. Yo hold a niversity degree in Compter Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a comparable discipline. Yo have a solid nderstanding of commercial topics sch as pricing, sales, marketing, and cstomer experience and can apply this knowledge to AI-enabled soltions. Yo have hands-on experience with Python and experience bilding AI-powered applications. Yo have practical experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, Retrieval-Agmented Generation (RAG), and modern AI frameworks. Yo have experience sing APIs, clod technologies, containers, and enterprise AI tools. Yo have knowledge of Power Atomate or similar workflow atomation platforms. Yo nderstand modern AI engineering concepts, inclding testing, deployment, monitoring and Responsible AI principles. Yo have a solid nderstanding of bsiness processes and enjoy translating bsiness reqirements into AI-powered soltions. Yo commnicate clearly in English (C1+) and enjoy collaborating with mltidisciplinary teams. Yo are crios, proactive, and motivated to continosly develop yor technical and conslting capabilities. Yo are willing to travel as reqired by client/project.
