Your new role

• Review client documentation and perform document validation checks
• Conduct client due diligence reviews and ensure documentation is complete and up to date
• Maintain and update client records, account information, and static data accurately
• Process client requests in accordance with internal policies, operational controls, and regulatory requirements
• Investigate and resolve documentation, data, and operational exceptions
• Liaise with Operations, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Technology, and Business stakeholders to support client-related activities
• Support account maintenance and lifecycle management processes across Wealth Management clients
• Participate in process improvement, system enhancement, and operational efficiency initiatives
• Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of client information throughout the client lifecycle

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Banking, or related disciplines preferred
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in Banking Operations, Client Lifecycle Management (CLM), Client Onboarding, or Financial Services Operations will be advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to review documentation accurately
• Good understanding of client data management and operational processes
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Ability to start immediately or within short notice is preferred
• Only Singaporeans
