Deutsche Bank's head of Asian STIRT trading appears to have left after moving to Hong Kong
Where is Murat Tezel? Not at Deutsche Bank in Hong Kong any more. We understand that he resigned last week.

Tezel was Deutsche Bank's Hong Kong based head of Asian FX forwards and short term interest rate trading (STIRT). He joined Deutsche Bank from Credit Agricole in September 2024 and moved to Hong Kong in June 2026. Now he appears to have moved again.
Deutsche Bank declined to comment and Tezel didn't respond to a request for comment. There are suggestions that Tezel might be on his way to BMO Capital Markets where a larger job may await. Maybe he will be the head of Asia sales and trading there? But BMO did not respond to a comment either and so this is not confirmed.
For the moment, Tezel is presumably on a beach. Deutsche Bank presumably needs another head of STIRT and Asian FX forwards trading in Hong Kong.
