The Digital& Paid Media Marketing Associate spports the exection of digital marketing activities across channels, contribting to the team's efforts in expanding reach, engagement, and traffic. This role provides hands-on exposre to campaign exection, tools, and processes within a strctred and spportive environment. Or new Associate will spport the firm's efforts in extending or digital strategy, contining to significantly amplify the adience. The Digital Marketing Associate will work closely with or Digital Marketing Senior Manager, who will oversee yor daily tasks.



The salaryfor this position ranges from PLN 7 8 to PLN 8 6 gross/month (oP),depending on the candidate's relevant experience, skill set, level of expertiseand overall fit for the role. Additional factors sch as indstry backgrond,technical competencies and interview performance may also inflence the finaloffer. The compensation package at Simon-Kcher CBS consists of a gross basesalary, a monthly remote work allowance and an annal bons. The bons is paidin December and is based on the reslts of a 36-degree performance evalation.

How yo will create an impact:

Spport exection of campaigns across digital channels (social, email, SEO, paid, website).

Spport the setp, ongoing management, optimization, and performance analysis of paid search campaigns in Google Ads, alongside paid social and programmatic campaigns across platforms sch as LinkedIn Ads and StackAdapt.

Spport in bilding and maintaining a social media content calendar.

Create or adapt content for social media postings, inclding writing and editing captions and working closely with or design, campaigns, and other relevant teams.

Spport in reglarly pdating or social media channels (LinkedIn and Instagram).

Spport performance tracking and reporting activities.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensre timely delivery of tasks.

Follow established processes, gidelines, and best practices.

Spport reglarly tracking or campaign performance by bilding dashboards, corporate reporting, and making insightfl recommendations.

Stay p to date on best practices and emerging trends in digital marketing.

Yor profile:

1-3 years of experience in BB digital marketing, combined with strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with digital marketing analytics tools.

Hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid search campaigns.

Excellent written and verbal commnication skills in English (C1 bsiness level).

Hands-on experience with web analytics tools sch as Google Analytics, inclding creating, interpreting, and presenting actionable performance reports.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with strong experience in data analysis, dashboard creation, reporting, and presenting actionable insights.

Proficiency in managing social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram) and sing digital marketing platforms, inclding SEMrsh, Google Ads, StackAdapt, and Google Search Console, to optimize campaign performance and drive bsiness reslts.

Well-versed in digital marketing management tools (e.g., Hootsite).

Strong attention to detail and qality, combined with a creative mindset and an eye for compelling visal design.

Fast learner with a growth mindset, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative approach, able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Preferably Bachelor's degree in marketing, commnications or a related field.
