Senior M365 SharePoint & Power Platform Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Senior M365 SharePoint & Power Platform Specialist to join or IT Infrastrctre & Operations (OPS) team. In this role, yo will provide senior hands-on technical expertise across SharePoint Online, Power Atomate, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Yo will work closely with the M365 IT Service Lead in IT Bsiness Services (ITBS), translating agreed bsiness and service priorities into secre, reliable and maintainable technical soltions. The role combines senior engineering, soltion architectre, practical development and operational spport, while also exploring responsible se of AI-enabled Microsoft technologies.The position offers an opportnity to shape the technical health and evoltion of or Microsoft 365 environment, contribte to platform governance and architectre, and deliver bsiness-critical soltions in an international organization. This role can be performed flly remotely within Poland.



The salary for this position ranges from PLN to PLN 5 gross per month nder an employment contract (oP), depending on the candidate's relevant experience, skill set, level of expertise and overall fit for the role. Additional factors sch as indstry backgrond, technical competencies and interview performance may also inflence the final offer. The compensation package at Simon-Kcher CBS consists of a gross base salary, a monthly remote work allowance and an annal bons. The bons is paid in December and is based on the reslts of a 36-degree performance evalation.

How yo will create an impact:

Provide senior technical expertise across SharePoint Online, Power Atomate, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive and related Microsoft 365 services.

Maintain and improve the technical health of or Microsoft 365 environment, inclding architectre, configration, standards, docmentation and lifecycle planning.

Work closely with the M365 IT Service Lead to translate agreed bsiness and service priorities into secre, reliable and maintainable technical soltions.

Design and develop Microsoft 365 and Power Platform soltions sing Power Atomate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Microsoft Lists and Dataverse.

Design and spport integrations sing Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, PowerShell, Azre Fnctions, Logic Apps and cstom connectors.

Define and maintain technical governance and standards for environments, permissions, sharing, ownership, Data Loss Prevention policies, licensing and capacity.

Provide senior technical gidance for Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive, inclding storage architectre, lifecycle management and bsiness-critical collaboration soltions.

Provide L3 technical spport and root-case analysis for complex platform and application isses, coordinating with Microsoft and external partners where reqired.

Apply application lifecycle management, sorce control, testing, release, deployment, monitoring and bsiness-continity practices to prodction soltions.

Evalate emerging Microsoft technologies, inclding Copilot, Copilot Stdio and AI Bilder, while contribting to technical standards, peer reviews, knowledge sharing and continos service improvement.

Yor profile:

5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, inclding strong expertise in SharePoint Online and Power Platform technologies.

Proven experience designing, delivering and spporting bsiness-critical Microsoft 365 soltions, combined with strong knowledge of SharePoint Online architectre and administration, Teams-connected SharePoint storage, OneDrive, Power Platform governance, identity and permissions.

Practical development and integration experience with Microsoft Graph, REST APIs and PowerShell, as well as one or more of Azre Fnctions, Logic Apps, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#/.NET, SPFx or cstom connectors.

Experience with application lifecycle management, sorce control, testing, atomated deployment and prodction spport.

Good nderstanding of Microsoft 365 secrity and compliance concepts, inclding external sharing, retention, sensitivity, Data Loss Prevention and Microsoft Prview.

Experience working with strctred IT service management practices, inclding incident, problem, change and release management.

Ability to work effectively in an international environment and collaborate with IT service leads, technical teams, bsiness stakeholders, Secrity, Compliance and external partners.

A degree or comparable professional qalification in Compter Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related discipline; eqivalent professional experience is also welcome. Relevant Microsoft or ITIL certifications are a pls.

Experience in professional services, conslting or another knowledge-intensive service indstry is beneficial.

Yo are flent in English on a bsiness level; German or Polish is a pls. Yo bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, clear commnication, a collaborative mindset and a high level of ownership.
