Senior Assistant (with French)

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and service-minded professional to join or team and spport the daily activities of or Partners based in France. In this role, yo will play a key part in ensring the smooth coordination of bsiness and administrative tasks, acting as a trsted partner and providing high-qality spport in a dynamic international environment. Yo will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, manage priorities, coordinate meetings and commnications, and contribte to the efficient exection of day-to-day operations.

The salary for this position ranges from PLN 1 to PLN 1 gross/month (oP), depending on the candidate's relevant experience, skill set, level of expertise and overall fit for the role. Additional factors sch as indstry backgrond, technical competencies and interview performance may also inflence the final offer. The compensation package at Simon-Kcher CBS consists of a gross base salary, a monthly remote work allowance and an annal bons. The bons is paid in December and is based on the reslts of a 36-degree performance evalation.

How yo will create an impact:

Manage and maintain schedles (Otlook), inclding coordinating and schedling meetings, conference calls with stakeholders from arond the world.

Arrange and coordinate travel, inclding booking flights, hotels, and transportation.

Handle expenses, inclding reconciling expense reports and sbmitting invoices for payment.

Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other docments as needed.

Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external clients and vendors, fielding inqiries and directing commnication as appropriate.

Entering data and proposals into the CRM system.

Yor profile:

Yo have excellent commnication skills in French on a bsiness level (C) or yo are native

Yo have excellent commnication skills in English on a bsiness level (C1)

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particlarly Otlook, Word, and PowerPoint and a general affinity for technology.

Strong attention to detail and taking notes, also timeline reminders.

Proactive approach and a strong focs on assistance and problem-solving.

Proven experience providing exective-level spport, preferred in conslting environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent commnication and interpersonal competences.

Ability to work independently and handle mltiple tasks concrrently in a fast-paced environment.
